Platform Services
iAdMe is a locality-first short video social platform that may provide content discovery, creator engagement, premium unlocks, wallet-based functionality, social interaction features, and other digital services.

Wallet & Payments
Wallet recharge, premium unlocks, creator interactions, and other payment-related activities may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Users agree to use wallet and payment services only for lawful and authorized purposes.
Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for content uploaded, shared, streamed, posted, or distributed through the platform.
Users must not upload or distribute illegal, abusive, infringing, harmful, misleading, explicit, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
Moderation & Enforcement
iAdMe reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, suspend, remove, or disable content, accounts, wallet access, or platform functionality if platform rules, safety standards, legal obligations, or community guidelines are violated.
Creator Features
Premium unlocks, creator monetization, payouts, revenue sharing, and related creator tools may be subject to additional eligibility, verification, moderation, and platform requirements.
Intellectual Property
All platform branding, software, systems, design elements, trademarks, and intellectual property related to iAdMe remain the property of FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or user-generated damages arising from use of the platform, third-party services, creator content, transactions, or interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
